Why does Dr. Abadjieff’s therapy emphasize treatment of staphylococcus aureus?

Approximately 40% of the general population harbors the bacteria staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) in their noses. When you visit a clinic or hospital you may be more greatly exposed as it is believed that 50-90% of health care practitioners are carriers. This common type of bacteria is largely resistant to all but the strongest antibiotics (such as Vancomin). Therefore, it survives most common attempts to eliminate the bacteria.

The staphylococcus aureus bacteria migrate from its normal habitat in the body and cause infection, especially if your immune system is weakened. When staphylococcus aureus enters the bloodstream it causes serious disorders such as asthma, pneumonia, sepsis, furunculous, osteomyelitis, exzema, bronchitis, emphysema, arthritis, polyarthritis, hospital staphylococcus infection and other diseases.

Dr. Abadjieff’s Therapy provides a carefully tailored program of vaccines to enable your body to eliminate the invading staphylococcus aureus and other micro-organisms which are cause of your disease.

Why is special attention given to the Thymus gland and its operation?

The Thymus gland is an important part of the immune system. The Thymus helps organize T-cells in their mature phase and readies them to attack viruses and other body invaders. T-cells are immune system cells that detect and attack viruses as well as serving other functions. Dr. Abadjieff will pay special attention in your diagnosis and evaluation to evidence of any need of treatment of the Thymus gland.

What are T-cells and why are they important?

T-cells or “T lymphocytes” are white blood cells that have a key purpose in the immune system called “cell-mediated immunity”. These cells identify and attack any body cells that are infected with viruses or otherwise identified as harmful or “non-self”. There are numerous types of T-cells with different purposes ranging from identifying dangers ( helper T-cells) to attacking infected cells. T-cells do not produce antibodies; that function is performed by plasma cells (a type of B-cell). Although produced in bone marrow, T-cells migrate to the thymus where they mature into various sub-types with specific purposes.

T-cells are necessary for a properly functioning immune system. Hence, Dr. Abadjieff, in her diagnosis and evaluation will monitor for indications that treatment may be necessary.

    Why vaccine and not antibiotics?

Both Dr. Abadjieff’s experience and research show that antibiotics developed and used to treat staphylococcus aureus have largely become ineffective over time. Scientists are is busy trying to find new ones that can be used as the bacteria acquire antibiotic resistance.

Antibiotics cannot cure the many diseases that result from the immune systems failure to control the S. aureus. These disorders can only be controlled by using this effective vaccine that works with and enhances the patients own immune system.

The specific vaccine used in the Abadjieff therapy has been used over the years of her practice. It strengthens the basic immune system and provides long term resistance against staphylococcus aureus and the many diseases it causes.
